STEP 1:

All competitors must register by donation.

Please ensure competitor’s full name is visible on the donation.
This donation will be your proof of registration paid. 

STEP 2:

After you complete the donation send an email to:

rollforacause@hotmail.com

Please include the following information in your email.
competitor’s name, gender, age, weight, skill/belt level,
division(s) (gi and/or no-gi) and school/team name.

Your name will then be added to the list and a confirmation email will be sent.

$75 for Gi/No Gi/Both

YOU MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID WITH YOU ON 6/29/13

• Divisions may be merged or removed based on attendance.
• Due to the method used to register, there will not be any refunds.
• A waiver MUST be signed prior to participation (parents must be present to sign for minors).

Due to the time constraints of the venue, we cannot have everyone trying to register the day of the event. If for some reason you cannot register by the 6/28 weigh-ins, please be aware that 6/29 weigh-ins are from 8am-10am.  Registration cutoff and weigh-in cutoff will be strict due to the fact that we have to be out of the venue by 6pm.  Any questions can be sent to rollforacause@hotmail.com.
